TANCET is conducted by Anna University on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu for admission to MCA (and other PG) programmes in Tamil Nadu institutions.

Eligibility
BCA or B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science), or any bachelor's degree with Mathematics studied at the 10+2 or qualifying level, with at least 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
Exam Pattern
100 multiple-choice questions in 2 hours across four sections. Negative marking applies for wrong answers.
